Check in was very very slow.
Room service advertised as 24 hours but no reply when I tried to order after midnight.
Otherwise a very nice hotel with very comfortable beds.

the pool and sports faciliies were excellent and just what was needed after sightseeing. the room was big and comfortable.
Access to the train staation for travelling to nearby towns (not Amsterdam) was my priority and it more than fulfilled my expectations. i would certainly choose this hotel again as long as I did not need to be in the centre of the capital
Top Tip
Breakfast very noisy and crowded from 7.30 to about 8.15 .. an unpleasant experience. just waiting until after this time is to be recommended
