The new Dorint Amsterdam Airport hotel opened in 2003. It is is a brand new hotel and so offers an excellent standard of accommodation, as well as great facilities including one of the largest hotel gyms in Amsterdam, including a swimming pool. As the location is close to the woods of Amsterdam, you can also rent bikes here. The hotel is very large and modern with a big hotel lobby and reception. The lobby also incorporates a bar area. Hotel rooms are in excellent condition and decorated in natural colours with light wood furniture and a leather armchair. All rooms have a printer, an iron and iron board. The Dorint Amsterdam Airport bathrooms are also decorated beautifully with cream and black tiles and a marble sink. The hotel has two restaurants, one sports bar and cafe open 24 hours a day and an a la carte restaurant, both of which are located on the ground floor.
